Use of the website bando.gr, owned by MARGARITIS KONSTANTINOS ILIAS – FOSSASOFT (“the company” / “BANDO”), based in Leptokarya, Pieria, Ioannou Metaxa 34, VAT 164317738, GEMI 165469048000, requires your unreserved agreement to these Terms of Use.

If you disagree, please do not use the site. Continued use of bando.gr means acceptance of these terms, including future updates.

PURPOSE

BANDO’s online store lets customers browse tech accessories and complete purchases online.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site design, text, graphics and content are protected by applicable IP laws and belong to the company or rightful owners.

PRIVACY

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

ORDER DATA

To place an order we may collect name, shipping/billing address, invoice details, phone, email and payment details via payment providers. Card data is not stored on our systems.

SECURITY

Connections use SSL. Keep your account credentials safe. Distance sales are governed by applicable Greek and EU consumer/e-commerce law.

PRODUCTS, STOCK & PRICES

Products, features, VAT-inclusive prices (where applicable) and stock are shown on bando.gr. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Prices may change without prior notice.

ORDERS

Orders on bando.gr are distance sales contracts. Customers must have legal capacity (generally 18+) or act as lawful representatives of legal entities.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Available methods appear at checkout. Shipping is typically €3.70 across Greece, free from €50, free store pickup. Same-day dispatch for available items ordered by 17:00 Greek time (Mon–Fri); delivery usually 1–3 business days via ACS / ELTA / Box Now depending on area. See Payment Methods and Delivery Methods.

RETURNS

OTHER
