Returns, exchanges & cancellations

At BANDO (MARGARITIS KONSTANTINOS ILIAS – FOSSASOFT) you may return products within 14 calendar days of delivery, under Greek consumer law (distance selling).

Return conditions

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Include the retail receipt or invoice.
• Ship the item in protective outer packaging. Items returned without adequate protection may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

How to return / exchange (Greece)

1. Contact us at [email protected] or +30 23520 31337 with your order number.
2. Return the product via ACS or ELTA Courier at your own shipping cost.
3. Once we receive and check the return, we process the exchange or refund.

Exchanges are based on current prices. A second exchange may again incur shipping costs.

Refunds (withdrawal)

If you withdraw from the purchase within 14 days and the conditions above are met, we refund within 14 days to the bank account you indicate (National Bank of Greece). Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent a defective / wrong item.
